Digital Timer XY-WJ01 is a delay relay module with dual digital time display. Features reverse connection protection.
Time adjustment from 0.01 seconds to 9999 minutes.
Trigger signal source: high level (3.0 V ~ 24.0 V), low level (0.0 V ~ 0.2 V)
The advantage of the system is that it remembers the settings after the power supply is disconnected, so the user can rest assured when the mains power goes out, and the module will start normal set operation after receiving power supply. Socket for signal plug: XH 2S
The module has a control relay at its output, which, depending on the operating state, opens or closes its contacts, thus controlling any working circuit, which can be roughly compared to the operation of an ordinary ON/OFF switch.
Relay does not output voltage.
Technical data:
- supply voltage 6 – 30V
- trigger signal source: high level (3.0 V ~ 24.0 V), low level (0.0 V ~ 0.2 V)
- operating current: 80 mA
- resting current: 15 mA
- time ranges: from 0.01 sec to 9999 min
- service life: minimum 100,000 cycles
- Relay load capacity: 20A14VDC / 20A 125VAC / 10A 240VAC
- Mounting hole dimension: 39 x 71mm
- Device dimensions: 43 x 78 x 21mm
- working temperature:-40-85 °C
Programming Instructions:
Use the “POWER” button to move the comma so you can set wide time ranges. If no dot is lit then the time is set in seconds – 0- 9999sec. if one dot is lit giving decimals then we set tenths of a second, if the dot gives us hundredths of a second that is the possibility from 10 milliseconds to 99 seconds. When all 3 dots are lit then set minutes from 1 to 9999min.
Abbreviation description:
- OP – relay activation time
- CL- relay disconnect time
- N – number of repetitions from 1 to infinity
- P0 Relay off, when signal is given it turns on for OP time. Re-signaling has no effect on anything
- P1 Relay off, when signal is given it turns on for OP time. Re-applying the signal resets the OP counter
- P2 Relay off, when signal is given it turns on for OP time. Re-applying the signal turns off the relay.
- P3 Relay switched on by default, disconnects for CL time when signal is given. Re-signaling has no effect on anything.
- P4 Relay off, when signal is given it turns on for OP time, then disconnects relay for CL time. Re-applying the signal during OP interrupts the countdown and turns off the relay, the same during CL.
- P5 When power is given, relay disconnected, when signal is given, disconnects for CL time, re-connects for OP time, the whole thing repeats the amount of LP. Re-applying the signal interrupts operations. Relay on.
- P6 When power is applied, the trigger executes a program: it turns on for OP time, then disconnects the relay for CL time. The whole performs LP number of times. Does not respond to signal.
- P7 When power is applied, the trigger executes a program: it disconnects the relay for CL time, turns the relay on for OP time, and remains in that position. The whole performs LP number of times. Does not respond to signal.
- P8 Relay off, when signal is given, turns on for OP time, then disconnects. Re-applying the signal resets the OP countdown timer.
- P9 Relay switched on, when signal is given, disconnect for CL time, then switch on again. Re-applying the signal resets the CL countdown timer.
